Deposits made to a sp718 account that has been suspended, closed, or subject to a withdrawal freeze will be returned to the originating payment method after investigation. sp718 will contact you at your registered email address regarding the disposition of any such funds.
All bets placed on sp718 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each sport or betting market, which are accessible within the relevant section of the sp718 platform. In placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.
Bets are accepted and confirmed only when sp718's system registers a valid bet confirmation. A bet is not valid until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount is deducted from your sp718 account balance. sp718 operates a strict policy against match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any form of corruption in sport. Where your account is terminated for cause, sp718 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
